LivSmart Developments is a forward thinking Central Toronto based design + development company dedicated to crafting wellness centric and considered residences. Established in 1999 by John Porfiris, the company is defined by its clarity of vision and distinctive aesthetic that conveys powerful simplicity with an understated timeless elegance.

We love what we do and invest great energy and imagination in transforming existing and unconventional buildings into beautifully conceived and finely crafted residences that have a calm, pared down authority with an individual identity and sense of place.

Creating a certain atmosphere that’s felt through scale, proportion and curated materials is central in our work.
